Cancellation Policy
📌 PITYFitness Reformer Class Booking Policy Thank you for booking a Reformer Pilates class with PITYFitness! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review our booking policies below: ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. - Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will result in a 50% fee of the class booking. - No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled class will be charged 50% of the booking fee to account for the reserved spot. 📦 Class Packages PITYFitness offers class packages that provide flexibility and value. Please note: All packages expire three (3) months from the date of purchase. No extensions, transfers, or refunds will be issued for unused classes after the expiration date. Classes must be used by the purchaser and are non-transferable. 📲 Client Communication By booking a class, you agree to receive follow-up emails or texts after your session. These may include wellness tips, progress updates, or important studio announcements. Your privacy and inbox space will always be respected — we will never spam you. 📸 Social Media Content We love to celebrate our strong and inspiring community! Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during class or events for promotional use on our social media platforms or website. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let your instructor know before class begins — we fully respect your choice.
