Unlike large Pilates studios where you may be one of 15–20 people in a class, our boutique studio features just four reformers per session, allowing for personalized coaching, hands-on guidance, and individualized attention every step of the way.

 

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, recover from injury, enhance athletic performance, or simply move with greater ease in everyday life, our semi-private Pilates classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.

 

No matter your age, fitness level, or experience, you'll find a welcoming, supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and succeed at your own pace.

 

Conveniently located in Downtown Apopka at 72 E Main Street, Suite 500, (us the stairs located next to the PITYFitness Studio to enter the Pilates Studio upstairs)

Our semi-private classes are intentionally small so your instructor can provide form corrections, modifications, and encouragement every step of the way. The result? Better movement, faster progress, and greater confidence both in and out of the studio.

  • Barre Mat FusionA dynamic full-body workout combining Pilates, barre, and functional movement—no reformer required.
