So join us for a fun and energizing Mom and Me Pilates session for our Downtown Mom Walk Group!— a special time for moms and their kids to move, stretch, and connect! This class is designed for moms with kids of any age to focus on gentle, core-strengthening Pilates exercises that promote full body wellness while also engaging your kids!
