Getting to know members of our community and bring everyone together through fitness and honoring our military service members!

To participate we ask that you bring a non perishable item that can be packaged and shipped or something from the list provided or give a $5 donation to purchase items (cash or venmo).

We will then present them to HEROESSTRONG to be sent to troops.

All members of the Armed Services (past and present) are FREE

-

And YES you can bring the kids!

Heroes Overseas Packages are packages that will be shipped monthly to support our military overseas. 

These boxes will be wrapped in GOLD wrapping paper to demonstrate the THE GOLD HERO STANDARD that our military men and women deserve.
