Develop your Mindset!

I am a firm believer in…


If your mind is right, your body is right.

If your body is right, your mind is right.


When we exercise, endorphins are released causing you to feel better, feel more happy, feel better about yourself.


The more we do this consistently the more those endorphins are released on an everyday level. This leads our mind to being clearer.


I personally (after 12 years of struggling with night shift work) now love waking up in the morning and starting my day with a walk. I wake up throw on some tennis shoes, grab a bottle of water and my dog and head out the door for a minimum of a mile walk.


Water, fresh air, and natural vitamin D from the sunshine help me to wake up better than the rush from a cup of coffee. But now don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy a cup of peanut butter protein coffee every morning!


What I wanted to share with you are the valuable resources that have helped develop my personal growth while on my journey to not only better my health but my mind as well.


These are just suggestions for those who are looking for something. For some kind of guidance but you’re not sure where to start. You just know you want a change.
