New Year 8 week Fitness Challenge

Start Date: Monday, January 6, 2025
End Date: Sunday, March 2, 2025

Registration Period: January 1st-6th at midnight

The Goal:

Build lasting fitness habits by focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and mindfulness.

 Choose Your Plan:


1. Macronutrition Coaching for $25/month– Personalized nutrition support to fuel your goals. 

2. Macronutrition Coaching + Workouts for $125/month – Everything in Option 1, plus personalized workouts to get you in shape!


3. Optional Buy-In of $10 or $30 for additional support – Get access to the challenge and receive 50% off group classes at PITYFitness throughout the duration of the challenge!  (Choose option 1 or 2 first, then BUY In Options are completed via Zelle or Venmo)


Challenge Includes:

  • Daily Motivation: Share a motivational quote or fitness tip to keep everyone inspired.

  • Accountability Group: Join a group chat or social media community to track progress, share tips, and cheer each other on.

  • Weekly Fun Challenges:

    • “Best Workout Selfie”

    • “Most Creative Home Workout”

    • “Highest Step Count of the Week”

    • “Most consistent with Macros”

    • And more

Challenge Rewards:

  • Completion Rewards: Everyone who finishes the full 8-week challenge will receive:

    • A digital certificate of completion.

    • A fitness-related prize (10% off a service)

    • Recognition in the group

    • Top 3 finishers will receive a Gift Card (or Venmo) of their choosing. This will include: Overall Improvement, Most weight lost and the Most Consistent


Tips for Success:

  • Consistency is Key: It’s okay if you miss a day. Just jump back in the next day!

  • Modify When Needed: Adjust the exercises to suit your fitness level and take rest days when necessary.

  • Track Your Progress: Use the APP to track your workouts, steps, and meals.

  • Celebrate Small Wins: Whether it's more energy, better sleep, or increased strength, celebrate your victories!

To Join: 
1. Download the APP from one of the options above.

2. Take your Day 1 Photo and have current weight in APP between January 1 and 6 at midnight

3. If you want to be apart of the BuyIn Options Venmo @pityfitness or Zelle: chelsea@pityfitness.com by January 6 at midnight

4. Complete Baseline Fitness Assessment (to your ability): 1 min each of push ups, situps and squats. (This will be retested at the end of the 8weeks to check your improvement.
