Service Description

Boot camp fitness classes with The Curly Coach are dynamic and intense group workouts that combine elements of military-style training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and functional exercises. These classes are designed to provide a total body workout that challenges participants both mentally and physically. One of the defining characteristics of boot camp fitness classes is the energetic and motivating atmosphere they provide. Participants are encouraged to push their limits, fostering a sense of camaraderie and creating a supportive community within the class. These classes are offered Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8am.
