I want you all to have fun with this. Don't think of it as an actual challenge. Think of it as steps/ guidelines to help improve wherever you are in life right now. We all can always improve somewhere and somehow. This is a way to help the mind, body and spirit.

The goal is to put your best effort forward to make yourself proud and to prove you can do it. If you miss something for the day, just start right back at the next day. The goal is to teach you not to quit but rather learn and be able to keep going.

To help with the one volunteer day throughout the 60 days we have created PITYFitness Helping Hands. We have started this initiative to help bring our fitness community together to help our Central Florida community through service. We have put in a request to Adopt the Road in front of the PITYFitness Studio that we will help keep clean over. I will keep everyone updated on the status of this. If you have any volunteer opportunities you'd like PITYFitness to be involved in please let us know

PITYFitness stands for Prove It To Yourself Fitness.  PITYFitness is a proud American Small Business. It was created after Chelsea, the Owner/Founder, went out for intense shoulder surgery in 2022 and instead of making excuses to avoid exercise, she proved it to herself she could still do it... and so can you.

This is a platform for people who are ready to take control of their lives, set goals and have a healthy lifestyle. Chelsea is here to help men, women and our youth simplify the process with whatever those needs or goals are. Overall, PITYFitness wants to help your future be successful so our next generation will be successful.
